Did not honor cash incentives
Xmas cash and new grad cash were not honored. It took way too long to get paperwork in order (over 3 hours) received apology after apology for the delay but it was frustrating. A horrible experience. Was told that tank was full of gas, got in to drive away, no gas.

I started a new lease from Dave Gil and he was really great to offer the best deal and make the lease possible despite some difficulties to get approval from Hyundai HQ.

A mix of great and terrible
Did not honor their website price and suddenly went up 2K in person. Finance lady was incredibly rude and condescending. Dealer was great. In conclusion: mehh.
