Staff is super helpful and good about addressing anything
Staff is super helpful and good about addressing anything that was not as expected or needed. I was urged to come in to pick up my car on a Saturday that was last day of month so that my sales rep could count my sale toward his quota. I was told that I'd only need to be at the dealership for 60-90 minutes. It actually took 3 hours and this is something that the sales manager could have foreseen when he urged me to come in that particular day. The sales manager and sales rep did a great job following up with me after providing me with an incorrect add-on part. I was pleased with their responsiveness. On balance, I'd do business with them again.
