Hundai dealers at dealer ship give a 5 star to few,but to the service ppl nop!!! Especially to a Spanish one that i come 23 min after my appt ( but i call at 1.00 when i new i was going to be late spoke to a girl she said fine no problem!!!) When I got here the guy that said was the advisor make a face when I told was late and then had a attitude from the beginning like!!! He knows it all!!! Instead of truly work with you they are under construction and instead of showing you where is the lounge just point and sign,and one very very nice hundai dealer.just took the time and show me the lounge that is truly cust service to my adviser only will give a 1 star,having a attitude!!! With cust that is wrong !!! No matter how day is going or if a difficult cust.hope next time get someone better.that is happy to work with the customer not just bundling paper and saying mamm this is your total.especialy when you are 1 time coming!!! Very disappointed with mr henry palacios.only 1 star man for you!!!

Bought an almost brand new 2021 Santa Fe.

Bought an almost brand new 2021 Santa Fe. It had crazy low mileage, somewhere around 100 or so miles on it when we drove it off the lot. 2 months later all the dash warning lights suddenly went off. And our warranty is useless. Even though it includes a rental, we can’t get the rental until the car has been diagnosed. Our car has now been there for over a week and today, after going by in person because they do not return phone calls, they said they don’t think they will be able to even diagnose it (let some get parts and perform labor) until hopefully next week.

Buyer Beware, Bad Customer Service

I bought My 2020 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition at Capitol Hyundai on October 10, 2020. I love it for the gas mileage and I wanted a tan interior ( rare).I was a very satisfied customer until today. I live three hours from the dealership I bought it from. It’s been a great car except that the valet key button is really touchy and I have occasionally (twice) lost the key fob in the car. Today I noticed it missing again today and couldn’t after two hours looking find it. SO I went for the spare, right. Well the plot thickens from here as the spare key Fob won’t work, no matter how many times I try. So after calling the local dealership on Sunday they tell me I need to have the car towed to them to reprogram the Key Fob. I called Capitol Hyundai and spoke with the sales manager and explained my situation that the alternate Key Fob isn’t working. I asked him if he could call the local dealership tomorrow and have them program it for me, as when I bought the car it should have come with two identical key Fobs and two identical valet keys. This isn’t the case as the alternate Valet key isn’t the same either. I asked him for understanding in my situation being so far away on a Sunday without the use of my car. He repeated replied “that it’s been to long for the dealership to help me as they don’t have a large drawer with all the extra keys.” I asked him again “Please make this right so that even after getting it towed to another dealership, can he asked them to reprogram the Key Fob for me without charge.” “I cannot ask another dealership to wave costs or discount it that is out of possibilities.” “I understand that you are upset but I can’t do anything.” Again I asked him to try and again he stated that “it’s been too long for them to help me” SO buyer be ware This dealership will not only not verify both key fobs work but wont help previous customers when a mistake has been made on their part.
