I would have given a lower rating, but I have had good service in the past. About an hour before my estimated time of completion, I spotted my car out in the "ready lot", and was surprised I hadn't been texted. I attempted to talk to my adviser and found he had gone missing, and finally had to call the service manager, Trey. My paperwork was on a clipboard that took several minutes to locate and was given to a neighboring adviser to complete. I had questions that weren't addressed in the final paperwork, and I needed to get the service manager involved again for clarity. He didn't have an answer to the issue concerned. I was finally able to pay the bill and drive off the lot, and as I was doing so, I looked at the digital tire pressure display in the instrument panel and saw that the tires, which were rated for 33 psi. were overinflated to 40 psi. Not a great day at Capital Hyundai.
