I bought a used 2019 Hyundai Tuscon dealer certified from this dealership on Jan 21st' 2026. From the day I took the car, there was some strange sound/noise coming from the rear of vehicle while driving. The noise is intermittent and even the service guy from this dealership heard the noise when I brought in the car for check up. When they did the multi point inspection, they found nothing and told me to bring back the car when the issue persists again. This is totally a frustrating experience for me given that I have bring back the car to service again and again. And the sad part is the issue is still not fixed. It's been just 2 weeks since I bought this car from this dealership and the experience has been really terrible.
