I can only rate their service department since I
I can only rate their service department since I purchased my 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid at another dealership. Let me start by saying that their service reps are very polite and understanding. I took my car in for the first service and for a slow leak in one of the tires. They completed all the service, including oil change, filter, etc., plus patching the tire in one afternoon. When I arrived to pick up my car it was ready out front.

Just purchased a Hyundai Ioniq 5 ltd from Hyundai of San Bruno. Luis, the dealer, made this experience painless and easy. I hadn't expected to walk out owning, but was given an offer I couldn't refuse. He also spent more than an hour thoroughly going over all the options making sure I could take advantage and use the vehicle to its fullest. This was a 11 out of 10 experience.
