My husband and I visited to purchase a car for our teenage son, and we were very pleased with options, availability, and a reassurance that our priorities and price-point were understood and respected throughout the process. The salespeople aren't aggressive and are focused on one visitor at a time versus bouncing between potential buyers. The facility is clean and well-stocked with food and beverage options while waiting. We will only be visiting the Pedder dealerships going forward, and cannot recommend them more highly for their expertise, care, concern for customers, and the overall experience.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I took work off early to drive down from Orange County to look at a specific car I was going to buy. I called before I left to confirm, made it clear since I was making the longer drive I didn’t want to waste either of our times. Gave them a 15 min out update, hoping everything would be ready and good to go. Zoey, who I had been in main contact with, responded with “see you soon!” When I got there they said the car sold 45 minutes ago. No call, no heads up, even though they knew I was making the drive, in traffic, to get there. Zoey, didn’t even come out to introduce herself or acknowledge or apologize for the situation. Coward. Completely unprofessional if you ask me.
