They don’t care after the survey
I bought a car end of October and figured out in November they had sent the wrong name with my DMV paperwork. I addressed this (had to go in GM didn’t return calls) and was told when I joked what will I get free “don’t worry we will take care of you”. They sent the correct name to DMV with the wrong purchase date. When I emailed the GM Donavan Kemp his attitude was “we don’t give free stuff” and that I should go ahead and post my comments on any social media I wanted. When I went in to let them know their error the salesman harassed me about the scores he got on his survey. I told him he was lucky I already did it. So the mistakes...he sent me the wrong vin for my insurance quote so I insuranced the wrong vehicle. When paperwork was sent to DMV (my copies had my name so not sure how it didn’t when it was sent over) the paperwork had someone else’s name on it. When they sent over the correction to DMV they put the purchase date as 10/18/18 and not 10/29/18. As long as the current managerment is there I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Supposedly Certified Pre Owned
Bought a certified pre-owned sonata from them. They didn't smog the car (its part of the certification process), trunk latch failed in three days, strange rattle started a few weeks after purchase, when I changed the oil the air filter looked like it hadn't been replaced once in the 40K mile life of the car (how do you certify a car and not check the air filter?). All this leads me to think they didn't even change the oil. This place is a total joke. Never again. I will be complaining to Hyundai directly.

Best Leasing Experience Ever
We have been leasing cars since 1990 and this was our best experience ever! We were lucky enough to get Michael McGrath as our salesman. He was by far the most knowledgeable and personable salesperson we have ever encountered. This dealership made our car leasing experience so easy and pleasant. They are to be commended for their customer-centric sales approach in an industry that is anything but that!! We will be repeat customers and recommend them to all of our friends.
