Luis was so kind and patient as we walked around the lot looking for the color match I was searching for. Brandon was kind enough to pick me up from the VW dealership down the street and order the vehicle delivery to the Modesto store. Luis made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions and kept me entertained with his friendly and kind personality while all the paperwork was being completed. I love my new Tucson Hybrid!!! Thank you both so much.

I give one star for the ability to bait and switch cost
I give one star for the ability to bait and switch cost me 980 bucks for my car to come back more screwed up than than when I left it, had my car over a week did not fix anything just kept trying to pass off to another part to replace never fixed anything, I suggest that you burn your money first before going to this rip off place never again
