Ian has been with Hyundai for years, and his deep knowledge of both the vehicles and the company really came through during a stressful time. Shortly after purchasing my new vehicle, I discovered it had a defect that required a replacement part to be ordered from Korea. While this understandably took some time, Ian was incredibly helpful—clearly explaining the issue, keeping me updated throughout the process, and making sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. The dealership provided me with both loaner and rental vehicles, which made the waiting period much more manageable. Thanks to their support, I never felt stranded or ignored. Now that the part has arrived and the repair is complete, everything seems to be working as it should. I hope I won’t need to return to the dealership any time soon—but if I do, I’ll definitely be going back to Hyundai of Mission Hills and asking for Ian Archer. He made all the difference.
