Fraudulent

I took my car in to have the Bluetooth fixed because the warranty was nearing its end. I was told that the part needed to be ordered and was advised to pay the $100 deductible since the warranty would possibly end before the work was complete. I received a call about 2 weeks later saying the part was discontinued, so they couldn't fix my Bluetooth. When I inquired about my refund for the $100 deductible, I was told to talk to Sam, the service manager. I talked to Sam, who said he remembered my case. He made a copy of my invoice and said the finance department would mail me a check in 2 weeks or less. I never received a check and everytime I call Sam, I get his voice-mail with no returned calls. I have now called to speak with the owner twice. Hopefully, I won't have to call him a third time. Also, I have contacted Zurich, the extended warranty company, to inform them that they paid the balance for the repairs of the Bluetooth, which was never actually fixed. They too have been reaching out to Hyundai.

It was awful. The internet guy Norman Johnson wouldn't reply directly to my emails. He would respond with a new email and not continue the thread like normal communication. It was exasperating to try to communicate this way and when I asked him why he never gave me a reason and ended up being rude. I will never do business with them and I will tell all my friends and social media.

We just want to thank ALFREDO from WIN Hyundai of Carson for helping us buy new Hyundai Ioniq 5 this month. We realized that it’s not just the car. It’s all about wholehearted appreciation and respect coming from your salesperson. Alfredo was professional, understanding, and, most importantly, honest. He helped us going through every single questions we had. And on top of that, he himself explored various scenarios, options, and strategies to consider our financial situation while we did not have thoughts of one of those typical “discount attempt.” When trying to buy something from Hyundai, you need to do below: 1. Go to WIN Hyundai Carson 2. Find ALFREDO He takes customers seriously and will take his time for you to provide the best way to buy a car. Buying a car is a big commitment. And to have the commitment, you need to trust the sales. And ALFREDO gave us the trust. FYI, it’s been 10 days since we bought a car. He contacts us still and makes sure we are doing okay from his heart. Not many salesman does that!!! MAKE SURE TO FIND ALFREDO at WIN HYUNDAI CARSON!!! He’s the man!!!
