Here is my 1-Star Review – Completely Disrespectful of My This was an extremely frustrating experience. A sales rep named Greyson called and messaged me the same day about a specific car. I clearly stated I was ready to buy, so I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership. Total 3 + hours. When I arrived, Greyson did not even meet with us. Instead, he passed us off to another salesperson without explanation. We were not told that the car had already been sold and were shown other vehicles instead. Only at the end of the visit were we finally told that the car I came for was no longer available. Had I been told upfront, I would never have made the trip. There was no real apology or accountability for the wasted time and gas. I left feeling angry and disrespected and chose not to do business here. This experience alone says everything about how this dealership operates.

Dropped car off late as it needed repair work. Nice and knowledgeable service advisor. Able to pick up car the next day. My service advisor Daniel, explained what was done on the car and what was needed for future diagnostics to figure out my car's oil consumption

Disappointed in personnel. The front desk of maintenance lied to me, he was rude, cared more about this buddies than with those needing service. I was told we?ll rent a car, e we have no loaners. When I asked for a manager I received a loaner for 19 days. Spark plug issues and there is a lawsuit against Hyundai because they knew about issues but sold cars anyway.
