As always Tyler Busell and the Hyundai team provided an outstanding service experience for my Tucson Hybrid. I always wait at the dealership and everything was taken care of in a timely fashion even on a very busy Monday morning. The service people friendly and very helpful, the environment clean, pleasant, and comfortable. Thank you! I bought the car elsewhere but will only use Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale for service because it's always been excellent with the first Hyundai that we purchased at your dealership. Also any time I have called Tyler Busell about my car, he has been courteous, patient, and extremely helpful.

Initial contact very positive with internet sales team.
Initial contact very positive with internet sales team. Great on site sale team member provided excellent test drive experience, follow up contact, and transition to finance team. Finance team denied provision of document copies to private finance firm and required dealership finance program. Shipping services requested with no resources shared for multiple days and provided no hold on unit until demanded. Days without response to requests for contact and completion of vehicle purchase. Finance paperwork corrected three different times due to shipping, tax, and pricing differences. Car provide without temp tag or registration docs, collection of deposit nor disclosure of incomplete vehicle provisions with multiple days of no response to resolution efforts.
