2nd VISIT Oil Change, softare upgrade/recall & fixing
2nd VISIT Oil Change, softare upgrade/recall & fixing noises. It took 4 hours overall. Not so bad considering the diagnostics on the wind noise. They found some loose nuts in the liftgate making the noise. The adjusted passenger and driver weatherstripping to reduce wind noise and have ordered couple parts that will hopefully reduce last tiny bit of wind noise. No charge on the warranty and Scott the service rep was very pleasant and did they their best to fix my problems. Like the 1st visit, the serv rep could have been more helpful to explain what fixes and updates they had done. 1st VISIT Oil Change & Upgrade of Central Computer was fast, just 3 hours. ++Complimentary Oil Change, Tire Rotation as part of free 3yr, max 4 changes. ++Upgrade was free, and Service Manager gave very generic response. I believe it was related to fix to battery drainage problem (I did have this problem) --Inspection was just "Multipoint & walk-around". I did NOT receive a report (checklist, tire wear, etc). Was it done? --No car wash Service Manager Vic was polite and work completed on time.

Very friendly to work with, hassle free process. Entire process went fast. The salesman and General manager were great to talk to and work with. The whole experience was great from looking at the car we wanted, to the salesman’s help explaining the car features , with wonderful test drive to getting the financing done.
