I buy a brand new 2023 Elantra and it has less than 1,000
I buy a brand new 2023 Elantra and it has less than 1,000 mi. It's making a noise that nobody in the service department can figure out, so what do they do? They hand it back to me because it's my problem. I've owned five Hyundai vehicles but never again.

O zero stars if I could. Since my first review has been removed. . Do not take your vehicle to this dealership. I repeat do not take your car to this dealership. I have a 2014 Hyundai Tucson that has a bad engine. They told me in June of 2023 that I had to wait until December for an appointment. So I called dealership in Decatur had an appointment with them for engine issue. Went to appointment only for Greenway Hyundai to tell me they could only fix recall issue. So back to waiting for my appointment with Bentley Hyundai. I took my car in was assigned Lori Wagenstein as advisor. The date was Dec 11, 2023, and was told it was a Catalytic converter and would cost me almost 4000. The catalytic converter issue was caused by oil consumption issue.I was informed I had to pay for it as there was no warranty covering it. I have an extended warranty throughOptimus. I was informed I had to call them from my personal phone because Lori states she could not reach them. Bentley Hyundai did an oil change because the car was devoid of il, this cost me 200 dollars. I had the catalytic converter replaced at my cost. I bring car back on Dec 19 because all oil is out of car. Lori states I have to start oil consumption test. The car was out of oil within a week. I took car back on Dec19, 2023. I have text, call logs trying to reach her. They had my car for 2 weeks and absolutely nothing was done. I finally went up to dealership, asked to speak to General Manager. Lori claims I asked to speak to another service consultant. I informed Lori Wagenstein I would like to speak with General Manager. She informed me she had submitted a PA to Hyundai corporate and she emailed it to me. She was emailing the wrong email address. If I was the consultant and got message not delivered I would reach out to customer to ensure proper email on file. I have the false PA which is actually a request for engine cleaning.Lori lied on it and said I did not request a loaner vehicle. I have the text message where I did and she said none was available. Lori Wagenstein informed the next step since PA was declined was for me to pay 800 for an engine cleaning that would not fix the issue. I have the text with her stating this. When General manager finally called me I was told someone would definitely contact Optimus Warranty since Hyundai was not gonna pay for cleaning. I spoke with warranty company who stated my claim was still open and needed Bentley Hyundai to send copy of PA, VIN pulled and all maintenance records. Lori never sent information to warranty company. They have in my claim notes they are awaiting this information to proceed with claim. They need a diagnosis of engine failure. I went up to dealership on Feb 8 and was given an appointment to bring the car in on Feb 20, 2024 at 7:00 am to complete proper PA. When I arrived a new service consultant told me he did not know what my appointment was for. I told him the previous consultant stated they would perform a test on engine by taking pictures of engine, dipstick oil cap to prove engine failure. I think his name was Adam told me the engine needed replacing and he would get the parts people to write up an invoice and send to Optimus Warranty . He also stated he would contact me within 24 hours. This contact never happened. On Feb 22, 2024. I drove up to dealership and asked to speak with General Manager and told them I was recording the whole encounter. Someone named Kyle informed me he was the general manager. I advised him I spoke to someone else in December who stated they were the general manager. Kyle then proceeded to ask me to go to his office once he heard my ordeal I had been through. Kyle asked me to let him look into matter. He called later that day and informed me the technician would have to tear the engine down and I was responsible for the payment. I told Kyle both on the phone and via email this was unacceptable. I am a disabled veteran and this treatment is triggering. I am asking all

Never get anything from this hyundai dealership
Wow... company refuses to honor online prices. This Company is operated by crooks. My wife and salesman agreed to a price, that was posted on the website. But when she received the paperwork it was 6k more expensive. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
