Awful Management

I’ve been waiting a week for Mr. Bentley to return my call in regards to one of his dealerships. Their 5 Count marketing ploy is a joke. I’ve been a customer since 2017. The shady business practices that occur at his dealership would be against the law in my industry. I’ve spoken with Brett Maxey once and the only thing that I retained from that conversation was that she had to work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays to worry about taking care of her children. She didn’t care anything about me or my situation. Actions and words proved that. I was going to pay cash for a car and instead of selling it to me they sold it to someone else to make more money off of the sale. Stephen is one of the worst car salesman that I’ve ever dealt with. I was called one afternoon for them to tell me that the car I’ve been waiting almost a year for had finally arrived. Denim Venue. I was at the doctors office so I asked Steven what time he’d be there the next morning so I could come get the car. He told me 8:30 and I said I’d meet him there. I WAS AT THE DOCTOR. THEY KNOW IM HANDICAPPED. JUST BURIED MY MOM AND DAD. But yet it wasn’t 20 minutes that he text back to tell me that someone was looking at my car. Then he called back 10 minutes later and said guess what they bought the car. I was like you’re joking me. He hung up on me and that wouldn’t answer my call. Who treats a four year old customer like that? BENTLEY THATS WHO. What was the purpose of even calling me if you were going to sell the car 30 minutes later? That doesn’t even make common sense.

I am extremely disappointed by the way Hyundai USA and Bentley Hyundai decided to handle my handsfree case. This issue was present since day 1 of us purchasing the vehicle in 2017. I spent a lot of my time at home and away from work troubleshooting and sending several audio recordings to the company and have been able to re-produce the issue with every single phone call, however the dealership kept the vehicle for several hours and returned it back stating "we don't see a problem". I purchased a new phone, and switched 3 different carries, however the problem never went away. I am extremely saddened by Hyundai's lack of ownership of the issue. The least Hyundai could do is try to replace the radio or the microphone to eliminate the issue, instead Hyundai decided to close the case. However, after this experience, I will be taking my business to a company that stands behind their customers. It is such a shame for the entire Hyundai team that they won't stand behind the customer and fix something that is still under warranty. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Bentley Hyundai and the Hyundai Brand.

Mr. Daniel Rogers is a great sales person for Bentley Hyundai both before and after the sale. After purchasing my Hyundai Sana Fe, he always assists me in having the car serviced!
