Updated review. Previously, I did rate Serra low due to using spot financing. Otherwise, Cody and the team did work with me well on the deal, and I'm very satisfied with the vehicle. I did discuss further with the dealership about spot financing, and the negative impact it can have resulting in legal and liability issues it can create between a dealer and customer. I know, I had been a victim of this practice in an auto purchase years ago. I detailed the impact of this practice, and Serra seemed receptive to the idea of abandoning the practice for conventional financing. This will make them more favorable with customers all around.
