The 2023 Honda HR-V is a subcompact SUV that seats five passengers. This year, it has been redesigned with a honeycomb-style front grille and understated styling. Maximum cargo capacity is 55.1 cubic feet with the rear seats folded down.
Three trims are available: LX, Sport, and EX-L.
Powering the HR-V is a standard 158-hp, 2.0 four-cylinder engine mated to a continuously variable transmission. Front-wheel drive (FWD) comes standard, while all-wheel drive (AWD) is available. Fuel economy for the FWD model is an EPA-estimated rating of 26/32 mpg city/highway. It decreases slightly to a 25/30 mpg rating for the AWD model.
