Worst experience I have ever had attempting to buy a vehicle! Let me preface this with this in no way reflects my sales rep he was awesome. I was searching for a specific vehicle, when this vehicle came into stock the sales person I had been working with called me immediately. I was in the store that night too look at the vehicle and was informed that it wasn’t even processed through the shop yet. So I was unable to look at it that night spent 30 minutes talking with the sales rep getting the price and a few pictures. I was then told I was the first in line to look at the vehicle when it was done in the shop. I took the day off and had gotten pre qualified from my bank so when it was out of the shop I could head straight over and get it. After a phone call at 10 am I was told again it’s still in the shop but I will let you know when it comes out. I was then called by my sales rep at 12:30nd told that it had been sold out from under me… sight unseen he said and my rep wasn’t even the one that got to sell it. I called his manager and was told that sometimes that happens. And that I was given the option to buy it the night previous but “I wanted to see it first” I was never given that option. Coming from someone who literally buys 2-3 vehicles a year from multiple dealer ships this is the worst back doored experience I have ever had and will never bring my business their way again. how can some one buy a vehicle that has not " made it through the shop" but i could not look at it?

Disappointed all around

Reviewed by First review I’ve ever written in Cheyenne, WySeptember 04, 2019

Took in our vehicle to get lots of repairs done - needed a timing chain, some power steering work and a/c fixed. Decided to bite the bullet and drop $4,500 at the dealership instead of less with a local mechanic, we wanted to be sure the work got done by someone that was familiar with Chevy’s. Found a puddle of fluid under the car the morning after we got it back from the shop and 2 of the a/c vents were only blowing hot air - turns out two completely different things that there is no way they touched pulling out the entire engine went bad in the 5 minutes it took to drive the car home. Now another $1,000 to replace the water pump and an adjustment valve for the a/c. Figured we might just trade this clunker for a similar used vehicle on the lot. Apparently they weren’t so similar... even if NADA and KBB think so ($11,600 for clean retail from a dealership) lucky for us this so called $16,300 vehicle was discounted to $13,700 and they were nice enough to give $5,000 for our trade. Glad the repair department told sales our situation and to give us a good deal. If we decide not to get the $3,200 extended warranty we will only have to give what the vehicle is actually worth, plus our $5,000 trade. No wonder everyone goes to Colorado, I’m pretty let down both by service and sales - needless to say I will probably keep driving even if I see something I like on the lot. At least their staff is friendly and courteous while your holding your ankles.

Awesome service

Ryan was very communicative and made the process very easy for us. We live 2 hours from Cheyenne in northeastern Colorado, they stayed late for my wife and I to come up after I got off work. They had everything ready for us and it was a quick process, they handled the financing through GM and got us into an awesome 2017 Chevy Cruze. They sent us a little gift basket after the purchase and we just got some service coupons in the mail as well. I plan on making a point to go to Cheyenne and visit them for my oil changes and everything else I need. Would definitely buy from them again!
