Vehicle Not For Sale

We scheduled an appointment with this dealer to test drive a specific vehicle on their lot. We drove two of our vehicles 30 minutes to the dealership only to be told the vehicle was "unavailable". The vehicle had been added to their fleet and was no longer for sale. No one emailed, texted, or called us to let is know, even though we scheduled the appointment two days in advance. The GM, Mark, told us we could stick around and he could sell us something else.
This was horribly handled, and very unprofessional. We took a lot of time to travel there with intentions of buying that vehicle. They sales rep also let us know that the 5 miles they had marketed online for the vehicles mileage was inaccurate by over 1,000 miles.
I would highly suggest going somewhere else where a dealership will treat you with better customer service and not have inaccurate information on their website.
New Car Does Not Start

We leased a 2020 Honda CR-V at All Star Honda and that same evening the car would not start, everything was completely dead. We had to have the car towed back to the dealership the next morning which was a Sunday. On Monday we received a call from the service department letting us know it was not the battery, but something was wrong with the electrical system on the car. An hour later we received a call from the service manager who said the car is good to go. No explanation for the failure and the sales staff washed their hands of us since they already did their part by selling us the defective car. When we contacted the sales staff and asked what they can do for us for the huge inconvenience this cause us they said they will give us $200 detailing service, we don't need that on a brand new car!! We asked to have our $895 service contract covered and I was laughed at saying they would not give us that and said it was as if we were asking for a free new car. I asked the new car manager if he can guarantee this will not happen to the car and again and he laughed and said "No of course I can't, it is a car" It is a NEW car it should not have to be towed!! Horrible customer service, very disappointed!!! The sales staff at All Star Honda have no integrity, do not go there!

My dad was having a problem with his 2013 CR-V. The battery kept going dead. The battery, alternator, and several other systems were tested at other dealerships and he kept being told there was nothing wrong, but the problem continued. Finally, I told him I would take it to All Star Honda. Within 5 minutes, Belal had identified the problem (the computer needed to be reprogrammed) and solved it. He had a technician come out to test it, and found that the solution worked. Belal took such good care of us and did a great job with what could have been a very difficult situation. If you have any Honda service issues, I highly recommend All Star Honda. Call Belal!
