Factory recall
Covington Honda Nissan service department handled the recent recal work with white glove efficiency. They ordered the replacement part and called me when it was in. They scheduled our appointment to accommodate my schedule and combined it with an inspection and routine maintenance to maximize the service appointment.

Went in for 2 recalls and oil change, tire rotation.
Went in for 2 recalls and oil change, tire rotation. Oil change, tire rotation was great, at very reasonable price, with comprehensive multi-point inspection; however only one recall addressed, have to go back in 3 weeks, somewhat dissappointed.
