Our sales person was Preston Walker. He understood our situation with trading in our Honda leased vehicle and helped us get what we wanted. Now we own a great Honda! We left happy and not upset like in some other places. Sales Manager, Javier, was very nice and helpful, too, explained that, yes, it's totally possible to trade a Honda leased vehicle. There was a Mike somewhere in the back ground helping things to happen. Team work, no long waits, just a very positive experience.
