Great Experience

We just purchased a used Nissan Truck from Honda of Tomball. The buying process was straight forward. Our sales woman Ronda and her manager Zach did a great job. The pricing was transparent and process was efficient. We had a great experience with them. The day before my son had to walk out of another dealer after a several hour fruitless negotiation, so the great experience at Honda of Tomball made this first time car buyer's experience so much better and he learned some great life lessons.

Great car buying experience! Worked with Doug Levene in sales, Mitch at Finance, Josh approved the deal and Chris Montgomery helped finalize the deal. Everyone was very patient and honest during the whole process. Very transparent about financing throughout the whole process. Doug personally came to my house to deliver the vehicle. I would not think twice before recommending them to friends and family. Highly recommended dealership!

Dishonest dealership add in charges sneaky

I purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler few weeks ago paid half down payment saleswomen went back and forth with finance department they added extended warranty in to payment without letting me know instead of paying off in 36 months extended to 63 months saying bank wouldn't lend without cosigner because had another vehicle also financed was just a lie nevermind paid half down payment cash also Kelsi finance worker had figure errors at 9 pm that night that I corrected her on twice she proceeded offer extended warranty which I said did not want 3500 plus over 63 months hogwash Nevermind finance department had already added in earlier to the payment Very disappointed when looked over Bluetooth copy given Why can't you just be honest I don't want extended warranty or citigel stuff also added on I had 12000 down payment I could have taken my business elsewhere to have these charges that I still want removed from finance charges Now it's a hassle to get off work to go back and get extended warranty canceled and have to drive from Katy when these figures should have never been applied Just be honest
