Buyer beware!

My salesman was Al, but he and his mgr “made me” pay for options I did NOT want nor did I need! Both of them said it’s mandatory to buy them. I did not like Crest at all! But was out of my league since I’d never purchased a new car before. It was unbelievably stressful and I tried to get out of the deal. Al openly mocked me as I was inexperienced with dealers. I called mgr Jared 4 times and left messages about concerns I had. To this day, (weeks have gone by) he has not returned a single call!!. Buyer beware. You will be forced to buy extras you don’t want and don’t need!
