Poor customer service

I had a bad experiece having a oil change before at Crest Honda due to poor customer service. I addressed it to the manager but nothing happend and neber heard back from him. This time I was looking to buy a brand new Honda Pilot and ignoring the past I took a chance to go and visit and maybe find my next car here. My wife called them in advance and ask for availability and someone responded and said just look for the manager Vince. We went to the front desk and ask for Vince and a lady said ok I'll find him. It took like a few minutes and no one came and help us. Me and my wife went back to the front desk and ask AGAIN for Vince. Vince was sitting at the front desk and the lady who suppose to be looking for Vince had a surprise face and said oops I forgot. Whats most insulting is Vince knew it already but didnt even stood up to talk to us and said "Sorry I'm the sales Manager! So what does that mean? I can not help you? Well then get us one? Me and my wife decided to just leave and never ever will be back on this establishment. ALL Employees do not have and effort at all to help. NEVER EVER GO AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! LAZY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD.

I chose a Honda Civic. I was fickle about my choices, sales rep was helpful and patient with me as I weighed my options. The process was easy and everyone there made me feel welcomed and invited. Dealership was impressive with models and layout of shop and office space.
