Extremely kind.
Extremely kind. Easy to work with. They explained everything and helped me get the vehicle I was looking for in a timely manner. They stayed on top of it until all the approvals went thru.

I purchased a car on September 1, 2025, the second
I purchased a car on September 1, 2025, the second purchase in 5 years from Crest. I planned on paying cash. Finance person Nate, said I would save money by financing but didn?t tell me until later that the interest rate would be 8 percent. I didn?t see anywhere on my bill of sale where financing benefited me. Plus he talked me into purchasing the tire and wheel warranty. I canceled that the next day but find out later it could be 8 weeks or longer before I receive a refund. Also, no where on bill of sale did I see the price the car was originally advertised for. I most likely would not buy another car from Crest. Transparency seems to be an issue at Crest now.
