still preying on females during COVID-19

BEWARE newcomers, single females, minorities, and emergency responders in uniform the Honda Service department is still preying on your money during this pandemic and no one is exempt! SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to the other local dealerships I have worked with them and received better service! I am a recently divorced female with no close family or friends that could have helped me make decisions on my vehicle. I recently moved to the area to take a job in Emergency Services during COVID-19 because I lost my job. I showed up for service when my maintenance, A1, came on at 38k miles on my 2018 Honda CR-V. I had to go during work hours and showed up in my military uniform. I am a recently divorced petite young female and was expecting professionalism from their service department and took their recommendations. I agreed to a routine oil change, TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGE?, and rear differential fluid change. I waited there uncomfortably for two hours in my military uniform thinking that I had made the right decision for my vehicle. After I left with a $300 dollar bill and 2 hours late to work. I walked into a conference room and my coworkers felt so bad for me that I was ripped off from Honda. I called Scott, my service representative, and he said why would you believe them I have worked here for 11 years? I wanted to speak to his manager. He told me his manager would call me and after four days I heard nothing. The Service department does not take single females and emergency responders seriously even during COVID-19! I should have been treated with respect and saved my money! Instead I overpaid for a routine service.

I have bought from Faulkner since 2005 and this time I had gone in to submit paperwork for my reimbursement of my warranty I still have not gotten that. Also the finance manager talked me into seeing if I could buy a vehicle there because I had bought a car and and wasn’t happy because I went from Pilot to a smaller car with that so we looked at getting me back into an SUV I still to this day have not gotten a return call from this individual I believe the same as Kevin and also this man that they push me off on that said they were going to do a an appraisal of my car to see what they could give me became a sales person who then was trying to put me in a base model of something that I definitely did not want only did it by email did not return calls and then I ended up going to another Honda dealership in buying a brand new CRV. I will NEVER do service or purchase again from Faulkner

Awesome service like always. Friendly staff. Waiting area is a very comfortable place to wait. Several tv's for customers to watch different things if need be.
