Deceptive and Lying

Reviewed by HondaCustomer in Bentonville ARAugust 21, 2019

I reached out to them for one of the deal. Sales person informed me it is a reasonable deal, sent me a quote too after negotiations on phone and email. I got my Credit checked also. When i asked them to send a confirmation they started flipping and lying. Just DONT GO here. THEY Simply lie and waste your time. Glad i did not travel 3 hours. If you are planning to go, get the deal confirmed else you get cheated like me. There are others who give best deals. THEY CLAIM they are the BEST clearly they are NOT. I got my new car elsewhere.

Shady Business

Reviewed by Timothy A Frey in BartlesvilleJuly 30, 2018

NEVER do business with Bartlesville Honda! My mom bought a Chevrolet Traverse from them earlier this month. They told us that “all major components have been inspected.” Week after buying it the front right strut was found to be blown while checking the rubber mounts which was almost $300 to replace. Now it needs a new transmission which is $4,000. Mechanic we had look at it said the fluid is completely burnt and dirty and could not believe someone would sell a vehicle like that. Bartlesville Honda now claims their associates never told us that it was inspected and that it was on Bargain Row and that my mom signed a “As is. No warranty.” This vehicle was NOT in a marked Bargain Row area, it was in the grass. Which I found out by reading comments on another complaint I saw posted, Bargain Row vehicles are meant for sale to other dealerships and mechanics, which we were NOT informed of. This vehicle was not even sold at a bargain price, it was sold at NADA value. Now my disabled mom just has a yard ornament because she has no way of paying for a new transmission at all.

Done ! And happy.

Read where this dealership had a van like I was seeking. Phoned first, wasn't bombarded with a lot of bull, just told the facts as best they knew them. Had a question the salesman answered and sent photo to verify. So, my friend and I drove to B'ville from Weatherford, Texas, spent the night, and went to the dealership the next morning. A light came up on the dash while test driving that wasn't showing when I first started my test drive. The salesman said he hadn't seen it when he drove it. ( It DID seem to be intermittent). So, I factored that into my offering price. The sales mgr. knew of the distance we'd come and he allowed my offer to buy the car. I didn't steal it, but I did get a good price. I was treated with no pressure, and courteously. Yes, I'm giving this dealership a thumbs up. I'd do business with them again.
