We have bought two vehicles from Hinderer due to the quality of service and employees at the dealership. Their hospitality lounge is also amazing (and free!). We appreciate their candid honesty as well when it comes to service on our vehicles and when making a purchase.

Looked into the service records of my Grandmothers Honda
Looked into the service records of my Grandmothers Honda Crv to find she was sold $700 worth of maintenance at 11,000 miles?? Are you kidding me? I work for honda I understand the alignment and rear diff service(4,000 miles early) but trans service, fuel induction(which the manufacturer doesn’t recommend) and brake fluid on a 2 year old vehicle?? Come on now. She’s 83 and will never be back. I get it you make commission but taking advantage of a 83 year old? This place is a joke. Hopefully we can find some form of resolution. Anyone who is a decent human being knows to treat older customers as if they were your own family. In this case I hope karma comes back to bite you for taking advantage of my grandmother.
