The first impression summed up in one word - sloppy. I’ve been buying cars for many years, and have come to expect a certain aesthetic, especially from Honda. I’m not sure if it was casual Friday, but this was extreme...sloppy Friday. This does not mean people aren’t friendly, but they were lacking professional attire. They have many beautiful vehicles, but presentation and the experience are part of purchasing a new or used vehicle. Did not get far enough in the process to purchase a vehicle. If you’re not looking for a higher caliber experience, you can definitely find a vehicle to meet your needs and price point. It’s just not my choice of dealership.

Happy and Now Safer!

I drove all the way to Akron because I saw that Foundation Honda was having a used car sale event. I actually really liked a different car that turned out not to be part of that event! A 2015 Honda CRV. It i the smoothest ride I have ever had. Originally when I went through finance, I signed up for a lot of things I decided I didn't want. I voiced my concerns, and Foundation Honda happily adjusted my contract to reflect the warranties I decided I did not want to keep. No hassle. Very friendly. My sales rep was Sophal. Very kind, professional, and efficient.
