Kevin is a superstar!

We had a fantastic experience buying our 2012 Nissan Rogue on August 1, 2020. To preface this story, know that we live in East Tennessee and looked around online for our perfect car. We found a car via (or a similar site, there were SO MANY). It was slightly under pre-tax budget, acceptable miles, and looked good from the photo. It beat every single other car for the price, so I was slightly concerned there was something wrong with it (there wasn't... but I thought it might have been "too good to be true" because the price and low miles were unbelievable)! My father-in-law, who was helping us through the process of looking because he's a mechanic by trade, made a call and asked about the Rogue. We explained we'd be driving from 2 1/2 hours away and had an exact cash budget - so we didn't want to make the trip unless that specific car was available. Kevin assured us he'd take the car off the lot and emailed a bill of sale with Tennessee tax so we'd know the exact cost. By the time we got there Kevin had already pulled the car into the car port. He was glad to exchange my ID for the keys - and we took a test drive. This car was a great ride! Extremely detailed Carfax was printed out with service history, even. Test drive was perfect. He was accommodating, quick, thorough, and efficient! We had keys to leave within an hour. It was truly the best dealership experience I've ever had - and I used to mystery shop car dealerships. When we were leaving, we bumped into the gentleman from the commercials (WE'RE DEALIN!) and the Friendship dog himself. So that's our brush with fame as an additional benefit to buying this car. :) It's been a few days of driving around now, and this Nissan Rogue is the best vehicle I've ever owned (new or used). I cared more about budget than anything else, initially, but I'm so glad I was able to get a car that is perfect for me and didn't go over the price I needed. 10/10. We got quicker directions home from Kevin, too! RECOMMEND SO MUCH!

Worst sales service ever

Called and Made appointment with Chad to buy car on Friday gave him all information and asked him to have the paperwork ready my husband and I would be in to sign. He sold the car on Thursday and never even called me. DO NOT WORK WITH CHAD.
