Car listed on here for $26k but you can't buy it for that because of the required dealer add ons. You bait me into calling with the price and then switch the price on me. Isn't bait and switch illegal. Cars.com should police these con people.

Keisha never responded to a new car buying inquiry

I called to receive a new car quote from this dealership. Keisha answered the phone and I could tell right away that she was "pretending" to be taking my information. I called toward the end of the day again, and she stated that she was "resending the emails" and again asked me to "confirm" my email address. Plenty of other dealerships our there who will treat customers with respect.

Horrible dealership.

Very unsatisfied! I bought a used car from them, it was missing a SD card. It was promised to me that the dealership would get the SD card and mail it to me. This was even written in my paperwork. 8 months later and still no SD card. The sales manager Alex won’t return my phone calls. I have left several messages and no call back. I am going to buy the SD card myself now but I just want everyone to know that this dealership is not trustworthy and horrible customer service! Will never use them again.
