Saratoga Honda

Everything was fine with the sale until you went to the back room for the upsell. Finance manger started with prices of my monthly payment with different warranty configurations. Nothing about what the warranty costed overall, what my finance charge from the bank was, or what I would be paying WITHOUT the warranty. I was totally surprised because I had just bought a similar vehicle from Mohawk Honda and had not received this “pitch”. Finance manager responds to my claim that Hondas are good cars so I don’t need such an expensive warranty with “just the engine is made by Honda now all of the parts are third party” and then proceeds to pull out a large binder from behind him to prove it. All the service bills that the service department has done lately. Needless to say “these cars break a lot with expensive repairs” was not part of the original sales pitch. When I finally got to what the finance charge was I figured out it was 2.5 percent worse than credit union. Oh well, live and learn, next time Mohawk

My entire experience with Saratoga Honda was amazing. My salesman, Ethan, was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He was timely with all of his replies and was not pushy at all. I would absolutely recommend working with this company, especially with the previous experiences that I had with other dealerships.

Not realistic with their pricing. Go elsewhere! I did and found a much better deal on same exact vehicle. And they are your typical used car salesperson, giving the same old spiel! How they can't come down off price, how they're not going to make any profit, then after you leave they text with a lower price! It's really a antiquated and slimy process!
