Loved the sales experience at Della Honda with Riley
Loved the sales experience at Della Honda with Riley yesterday. You could tell he does his homework and was not pushy at all. He was an active listener to my model comparison safety & convenience concerns/questions and did a great job explaining (not mansplaining) each. I was really impressed. I ALWAYS have a tremendous interaction with Ben Bradford and really appreciate him taking the time to assist me with this purchase on such short notice. Loving my new Pilot, my third Della Honda vehicle. Can't recommend the sales and service staff enough. Everyone is always professional and friendly.

I was totally satisfied with the service visit to Della Honda in Plattsburgh. My car was ready in less than the hour estimated. The NY state inspection paperwork was easy to understand. Diagnosis of the noise in my rear window wiper was found to be the wiper motor itself. It was ordered and I have a date for replacement
