Satisfaction of this transaction required complete transparency as well as honesty and my customer service representative Ms. Felicia Farrell was awesome. She created a walk around video of the vehicle describing inside, outside, and underneath carriage detailing everything. I waited before I responded to the survey because I needed to have an independent Toyota dealership assess the car as well as my driving experience before I responded. I am pleased with my purchase and am gratified with my experience with the Plattsburgh Della Honda dealership.
