The worst experience.

Working with Gail at Honda was the worst experience I have ever had regarding vehicle repair work. They were totally dishonest and misleading. Gail told us we needed to buy a brand new ACC module for my 2011 Acura, so we did($800+) then they told us they would have the part in 10 days and they didn’t get it for 3 weeks! So my car sat in their lot for that entire time, then when they tried to start it, they said I needed a new battery and they could put one in. I told them no, as mine was still under warranty..they still charged us $45 to simply place a battery under the hood. THEN they put the part in, charged us $1100 and told us the issue is not fixed and it must be “electrical” and they could ATTEMPT to find the issue for $150/hour. I immediately picked up my car from them, after they had it for an entire month and fixed nothing, and took it to A PLUS AUTOMOTIVE👍🏼 they had my car for less than 12 hours, cleaned a completely corroded fuse box, replaced a couple bolts, and my car has been problem free for two weeks. I will NEVER take my cars to Honda again. What a rip off. So thankful A PLUS AUTOMOTIVE was there to save the day! Carl was so pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic Service and Sales Support!

Welcome to Missoula! It all started with our new 2018 Honda pilot that we bought in Seattle. After moving to Missoula just a few weeks after purchasing our Honda Pilot it started exhibiting some really weird driving issues. I brought it into the dealership and dealt with Tracy in the service department. Tracy was all over it! He got us a loaner vehicle that support my family of 5. He helped move our car seats over to the loaner and make sure that we had everything we needed out of our Pilot. They replaced our rear differential after getting a new one from Honda. It was amazingly fast it only took two days. Including waiting for a new differential from Honda. Fast forward a couple of months now and I'm in the market for a new vehicle. I dealt with Kenny in the sales department and after three weeks of going back and forth with Kenny on what kind of car I wanted weather new or used, then what color I wanted, then what features I wanted. Then I how much I wanted to pay and how much I wanted for my trade. I really made him work for his sale. And, all throughout the process Kenny couldn't have been nicer and more pleasant to work with. Both my wife and I were working and traveling for work so it was hard to be at the same place at the same time throughout the purchase. Oh and did I mention dealing with 3 kids. Kenny made it amazingly easy by scheduling our time to be as short as possible at the dealership for each of us. He even came to our house to have me sign some documents just before I went on a flight out of town. Thank you Kenny for all your hard work! Now back to the service department with my CRV. I was in a minor fender bender and I brought my CRV over to Honda and Tracy and crew took my car in immediately and gave it the once over. Again the expediting of my service is fantastic especially when you don't expect the issues to arise and affect your life. Then just the other day after a particularly hard snowfall here in Missoula. My CRV was telling me that all of the fancy driving electronics like the accidental avoidance system and the lane keeping system were on the fritz. I drove myself over to Honda and there's Tracy again. Within 10 seconds of me telling him what my problem was he diagnosed and repaired it. All by cleaning a little spot on the front of my car. I guess the sensors need to be able to see the road... I just wanted to take a few moments to tell my story on how wonderful the team over at Denny Menholt Honda has been for me and my family and are now 2 Honda vehicles.

After a bad experience locally we drove North 50 miles and dropped in after a full day of car shopping...Kenny Young left a lasting impression of how to treat a prospective customer...Wyatt kept that feeling moving...
