Recently, I had my 2014 Honda CRV EXL in to Prime Honda of W.R. , for a Complete Winterizing Inspection Service and to install a new moonroof wind deflector.
Right From the start , The valet Sercice associate covered the steering wheel and gear shift with a plastic cover to help keep all of us safe. Then, an EXTREMELY Pleasant and SUPER Efficient Service Advisor Allegra Martinez assisted me with my Service Visit. Allegra is Such A NICE Person and was VERY Helpful to me during my time at the dealership. She Is an Asset to Prime Honda, she deserves HIGH PRAISE! and also, she should be considered a valued employee at Prime Honda, and a wonderful, caring, person , to anyone she comes in contact with .
Kudos also to a Service Consultant : William M. As he was Very Helpful to me, also with providing me the answers to a few questions I had about my CRV EXL in general. And, thank you to the amazing technicians for keeping my Honda roadworthy and in top condition !

In 35 years of driving, I've driven most every make and model and bought from who knows how many dealers. Prime Honda is now our favorite. The sales experience was smooth, no pressure, clear and pleasant. Followup maintenance for a blown tire was effortless. I can't recommend Prime Honda enough!
