Bernardi Honda in Natick

Another satisfying experience at Bernardi Honda! As a longtime customer, I recently bought our third preowned car, a 2021 CRV. While my car mechanic was installing a trailer hitch a few weeks later, he noticed some frame and rear bumper support damage. At the time of purchase, the CARFAX that was provided to Bernardi and me had stated that there was a previous “minor” rear-end accident; however, there was no visible damage until the car was put on the lift and mufflers lowered. I took the car back to Bernardi, and Service Tech Rob confirmed the damage, and sent me videos of what his inspection found. The repairs were then made by Bernardi, at no expense to me! They even arranged substitute transportation. Throughout the whole process, Bernardi employees were friendly and reassuring. I scheduled a service appointment and was very pleased by the level of service provided. I own a 2012 Honda Fit, which has been a continued pleasure to own and maintain. At no point has anything major failed on the car to the point where it had to be in the shop for more than a few hours. I credit this to the workmanship of Honda, and the effort of Bernardi Honda of Natick to keep the car in good running order.
