We bought a 2023 Honda Pilot from Bill Lucas.

Terrible
After I bought a brand new car, everything changed, was lied to about oil change offer that was given by hyndai by the sales person. Recieved a recall notice that they claim can not be done on my car, what's that about, also they have the rudest sales staff. Person who answered phone would not give his name to me, hung up on me 3 times, he was a real jersey! The only good thing about them is the repair and service department, they will explain things and are very helpful.

Unprofessional
False online pricing. Deceptive practices in order to keep deposit. Lies from multiple staff and bullying behavior. Having to ask 3 different people over 30 minutes for your check back that is not made out to the company is unacceptable. Service department attendant was rude and unprofessional also.
