I had an OUTSTANDING experience at North City Honda. Sales consultant, FREDDY, was amazing in every way. From the very start, he demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, excellent communication, and genuine interest in me as a valued customer. Those fine qualities continued throughout the leasing experience creating an environment conducive to productive exchange. If you can, find Freddy! He will make sure you have the best experience from when you walk in the door to when he thoroughly reviews all aspects of the car and sends you on your way feeling positive and forever in good hands. Just as impressive was sales manager, ARTHUR, who went above and beyond to get me the car and deal that put a smile on my face. His exemplary efforts and ability to make things happen were impressive and very appreciated. I can never thank him and Freddy enough for what they did for me. Finally, my experience with LUIS, the financial advisor, made certain to review all the financial paperwork and answer any and all questions I had. I appreciated him taking time to do so as well as explaining each document before I signed. Not only were they extremely competent in their respective roles, but also thoughtful, friendly, and welcoming. I would highly recommend North City Honda, especially the individuals whom I mentioned above. I have high standards in regard to how people work together. I promise you will have a great experience and feel like a valued customer. When my lease is up in three years, my intention is to return to North City Honda. A special shout out to JAMES who remembered me from three years prior when I leased a car. Thank you North City Honda!

After verbal agreement the manager jacked price $6K over MSRP. Stay away from this place. I would never do business there. Read the other reviews posted.

They are not trying to give you a good deal, lots of add ons to the price. They are not honest and straightforward. I haggled $7,000 of the price and still felt like I wasn’t getting a good deal and didn’t even want to buy from them at that point. They will guilt you into not buying from them but don’t give in to their tactics.
