I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Eric Ward was my salesperson and he did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and making sure that they were met. I liked his service so much that I purchased two cars - 2020 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid and 2020 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. The only things that detracted from the experience were:
 A. There is a software disconnect between the Honda Corporate website and the Honda Dealership such that the request for quote line items had to be printed by the salesperson because he had to go to the parts and service departments to individually cost each option rather than that process being automatic. I feel his time would have been better spent expounding upon the cars' virtues.
 B. The finance experience was marred by having to provide a cashier's check rather than being able to approve a personal check over $30K which the system would not allow. I learned later that an ACH transaction would have been possible. Also, since I was purchasing two cars, I had to provide two different E-Mail addresses in order for my KAHU app to work properly.
 The Service Department experience was wonderful and I was treated like royalty. The oil change and tire rotation took less time than I anticipated.

Poor communication, Bait and Switch Dealer

Usual dealership bait and switches. They don't advertise they add a premium package to their vehicles which you'll need to negotiate against (it adds approx $1100 to the overall price). Several accessories in the car's walkthrough video weren't available when I arrived. Multiple calls to the dealership to get some answers to particular questions. Reps claimed they'd help with any issue (I live a ways from Conyers) in case something went wrong with the vehicle. 2 weeks after purchase, the battery has gone out, with proof / notation from the mechanic, and they wouldn't budge on any reimbursement. It's irritating how businesses can get away with this sort of service and won't ever see an impact to their bottom line, and they know it.

I had a great experience. I was upside down with my trade. My sales person, the sales manager & the finance manager all worked hard to make a sale. I m very pleased with my deal. The staff there will do everything they can to accommodate the customer.
