Terrible phone service. Called to ask a question that would take ten seconds to answer. Put me on "hold" but they forgot to actually put me on hold so the music would play, so I listened to fifteen minutes of conversation between employees (not customers) while they ignored my call. This is unacceptable and not the first time I've been let down by Martin Mazda service reps. Quality of work is good. Reps are not. I will not be going back to Martin Mazda for any service moving forward. They have lost my service for life.

The dealer is so nice. He is very patient and explain everything to me. I was so comfortable with this shopping experience. I really like this company.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Provided needed information about Honda CRV which is an amazing car. The car sells itself ... Third Honda in 20 years. All still going strong
