I drove an hour to the store from home yesterday 03/16/20 with my approval letter of auto loan from Bank of America, i choose the car and I presented my letter to the dealer. They did not accept my approval letter becasue they were trying to give me their own auto loan, I repeated 3 times I want to use my BOA auto loan and they told me my loan was declined (BOA confirm the loan is still ok), thye showed me a kind of fake paper where its said declined. I asked them to show me the rates and interest, but they said they can not show me that until I.m approved by them and the approval is after I signed for the car. Also they requested me for money down but I insist to use my BOA loan. Manager was so nasty, becasue he did not let me to talk, he just asked me to sign their papers and put money down. At the end they wanted to charge me 3000 extra dollars witht he "new" deal. I just left the office very angry and disappointed. I made a formal claim to BOA becasue they work with them, but this dealer do not want the money from the bank, they want their own business and they do not care if you pay more or not.

I purchased a Honda Ridgeline Black Edition from Price Honda in August 2019. The Honda is the best part of my buying experience. I will never purchase another car from this dealership. It took me two months to get a refund on a Service Warranty that was sold to me under best circumstances as misrepresenting the product and at worst downright LYING. I have been trying to talk to the General Manager for weeks but at least this time I was patched thru to his secretary’s voicemail today. Watch out for the shady practices at this dealership. No apology from management no phone call from anyone inquiring about my experience...Once I finally talk with someone in management I’ll update this post with all the details but be very careful when you deal with this dealership. Keep meticulous notes of all ur problems, so you can report everything directly to Honda. That’s what I’m doing!
