My recent rewarding Honda Ridgeline experience ,
My son and I stopped at Cardinal Honda on the chance they had the Ridgeline I was looking for. They did. I made the deal that day effortlessly and drove it home the same day. The salesman , Rob, was very helpful, courteous and professional which made the transaction painless. I never look forward to buying a vehicle, but this time the experience was so easy and rewarding. I would definitely recommend Cardinal Honda.

2011 Accord mis-diagnose
At 150,062 miles my engine and traction control light lit up on my 2011 Honda Accord. Cardinal Honda pulled code PO301 misfire. Pulled plug and found all fouled out, possibly due to a worn out cylinder. Recommended junk yard engine or new spark plugs to get by. I had engine diagnosed and fixed somewhere else for $1100 dollars. Engine now has 159,000 miles on it with no problem. I purchased this vehicle from Cardinal Honda in 2011.

Nothing positive to say
Terrible service department. Brought my car in for a two hour service to find out its going to take five hours. Staff seems extremely incompetent. The sales rep who sold me my lease originally gave me incorrect information about monthly amounts, tax information, and told me I had to have all work done and oil changes through the dealership - which I found out later is not true. I’m saddened by the fact I’m in for another year with this terrible dealership.

This includes safety mechanical interior and a road test conducted by an authorized technician. Upon completion of the inspection all vehicles must be approved by the Used Car Manager before being available for sale.
