Pilip Bologna, our sales rep, did a terrific job. He answered all my questions, in terms I could understand, especially when it came to helping me understand the new safety features and all the tech advances that have been added to the 2017 model, as compared to my 2014. On delivery day, he provided the best overview, and set up of features I have ever had! His invitation to call or come back anytime with questions, was most sincere.
