He screwed the sale

Horrible wouldn’t be describing my experience. The car tech was rude and incompetent. Everything she did was wrong and cost me money and time. She wouldn’t be working there

Taking advantage of young customer - beware
My daughter stopped in for an oil change as we have with this vehicle since we purchased it in 2013 from Vidmar Honda. She had a check engine light come on and agreed to have the diagnostic. They told her about an hour for both. She asked for an update regarding status at 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 hours. She was never given an update, just told they would be done soon. They spent over 2 hours coming up with an estimate that cost more than the car is worth, for a catalytic converter. I (her dad) had to call the service desk AND the service manager to demand they give her the keys and let her on her way. I am very disappointed how my daughter was treated by this service organization. We have been customers for a long time. Beware if you send someone they think they can take advantage of. They will.
