The 2023 GMC Terrain is a premium compact SUV that seats five passengers. Maximum cargo capacity is 63.3 cubic feet with the rear seat folded down.
Four trims are available: SLE, SLT, AT4, and Denali.
Powering the Terrain is a standard 175-hp, turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine are mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive (FWD) comes standard, while all-wheel drive (AWD) is optional. Fuel economy for the FWD Terrain is an EPA-estimated rating of 24/29 mpg city/highway. It slightly decreases to a 24/28 mpg rating for the AWD Terrain.
