Very disappointed that you would not extend our “free”
Very disappointed that you would not extend our “free” oil changes. We go south for the winter in our motorhome and don’t put enough miles on our new car to use the 3 oil changes given when we purchased our new car from you. Please restore our faith in your company. We have been highly recommending you to others. Don’t make me regret that. We asked but were told nothing could be done because “it’s all computerized”. I’m looking for that in person service. Warranty service is terrible!
Warranty service is terrible! 2023 Blazer RS with Bose speakers making crackling/humming noises, Don Johnson said they don't know what's wrong. Another dealer advised us that this is a known problem and there is a fix to it, the noise cancelling module needs to be replaced. We take the car back to Don Johnson and tell them this, they diagnose the car and agree. Don Johnson claims they ordered the part, weeks later they call and say the part is in and we need to make an appointment to bring our car in to get it fixed. We make the appointment to get it fixed, bring the car there and then they tell us that they don't have the part. Service apologizes and offers a loaner vehicle to use as we have a four hour trip that weekend. We go to pick up the loaner and the service manager argues with us saying they will not provide a loaner because our car is still drivable. We tell service manager that we were told that we would get a loaner, after arguing our case she unhappily agreed to give us a loaner. As she is filling out the paperwork for a loaner on a new equinox we informed her that we were driving four hours to Green Bay, she then said she will not let us take this new of a car that far and said we have an older car that they will give us. The out dated equinox they drive around the building wasnt half the vehicle ours was, it was filthy dirty and they own a car wash right on site. We ended up not using their dirty outdated car that they provided. At this point the Service manager is now more irritated and tells me that she is going to expedite the part that supposedly was ordered weeks ago. It's now been over two weeks and we still haven't heard from them. We are still driving around our expensive car that's buzzing, humming, and rattling. The customer service at Don Johnson Rice Lake is terrible, the service tech was really nice however the service manger shoukd be taught something about customer service.
