Lackluster service department
I was there 90 minutes for a simple oil change even though I arrived on time for my appointment. The waiting area is loud and uncomfortable. My air and cabin filters were taken out without my knowledge, so I felt I had to have them changed, even though the cost was rather high. They had to cost adjust, they were trying to charge me extra even though I was using a coupon and my Buick points.
