Titus-Will Chevrolet GMC Cadillac - Olympia

I contacted Titus Will Chevrolet (Olympia) on Sunday, November 23 regarding a 2017 Buick Regal. I spoke to Phoebe regarding the 2017 Buick Regal and that I was interested in buying the car. I live 45 miles away and we negotiated a price over the phone with her sales manager. We agreed on a price and she broke down the out the door price to me over the phone and I agreed to purchase the car if every thing checked out after I inspected the car. I told her I would be at the dealership within the hour. I arrived at the dealership and the car was outside and I did a quick inspection as I waiting for Phoebe. Phoebe came outside and told me they had someone else buying the car. Phoebe and the sales manager used me to drive down to the dealership so they could leverage a higher price to the new buyers. I never received a phone call from Phoebe on my hour drive to the dealership regarding the sell of the car to someone else. This was a shady maneuver by Phoebe and her sales manager. Buyers beware! Phoebe is not a credible sales associate.

Mario Reyna was our sales man. He was so helpful, making sure we under stood all the features of our GMC terrain. He went beyond being a sales person an drove it to Aberdeen for us. We did not trade in our car an I could not drive 2 vehicles home. He made it our best experience with a car dealership ever

I have contacted TW several times in the past decade or so and have never found them to be competitive with their new car pricing. It's a shame because I live very close to this dealership and have purchased my vehicles at other dealers because of TWs lack of competitive pricing. I buy a new vehicle every year so it's their loss.
