I strongly advise out-of-state buyers and anyone
I strongly advise out-of-state buyers and anyone expecting integrity to avoid Buick GMC of Bellevue. My experience was a textbook definition of a Bait and Switch followed by unprofessional conduct from dealership leadership. 1. The Pricing Games: I reached a verbal agreement with a sales associate (Ramon) on Friday for a CPO Yukon XL Denali at $67,500. He agreed to write it up Saturday morning. Instead, he ghosted me, and a manager named Ali took over. Ali completely disregarded the previous agreement and demanded $71,500. It turns out their own website had the wrong window sticker uploaded, causing the confusion—yet they punished me for their administrative error. 2. Refusal to Sell (The Deal Breaker): Despite the pricing mess, I agreed to the General Sales Manager's (Mehrgon) price of $71,000 to get the deal done. I had financing ready. The deal died because Mehrgon refused to accommodate a standard Notarized Remote Signing. I explained I am a full-time caregiver for my mother following surgery and physically cannot fly to Seattle immediately. I offered to pay for FedEx and use a professional notary. Mehrgon refused to sell the unit, seemingly because he couldn't get me into the finance office to upsell products in person. 3. Deceptive Tactics: When I asked for his refusal in writing, Mehrgon engaged in ghost calling—claiming he was calling me (I had zero missed calls) to avoid a paper trail. When I finally asked if he was killing a $71k deal solely because I couldn't leave my mother, his only response was a text saying ok. This leadership team (Ali and Mehrgon) prioritizes rigid policies over empathy and honest transactions. Do not reward them with your business.

If you are an out-of-state buyer or have a family medical
If you are an out-of-state buyer or have a family medical emergency, DO NOT waste your time here. I had a chaotic and deceptive experience trying to purchase a 2024 Yukon XL Denali. 1. The Pricing Games (Ramon & Ali): It started with a bait-and-switch. I reached a verbal agreement with sales associate Ramon for $67,500 on Friday. By Saturday morning, he never followed through, and later that day I had to talk to a manager named Ali. Ali completely disregarded the previous agreement, ignored market comps (because they later found out they had the wrong sticker price), and demanded $71,500. 2. The Refusal to Sell (Mehrgon): I checked the listing on Sunday morning, and found that the sticker with the options I wanted was different from what I found Friday. Despite the pricing mess, I agreed to the General Sales Manager's (Mehrgon) price of $71,000 just to get the deal done. I had financing ready. The catch? I am a full-time caregiver for my mother and physically cannot fly to Seattle right now. I offered to do a Notarized Remote Signing (standard industry practice) and pay for FedEx. Mehrgon refused. Instead of accommodating a verified buyer with a medical hardship, he killed the deal because he couldn't get me into the finance office to upsell me in person. 3. Unprofessional Tactics: - Gaslighting: Mehrgon repeatedly claimed he was 'calling me' and couldn't get through, even though I had full bars and no missed calls. He used this lie to try to force a verbal conversation and avoid putting his refusal in writing. - Dismissiveness: When I finally gave him a binary choice—sell the car via FedEx or I walk—his only response to my family emergency was a lowercase 'ok'. See the attached screenshots. They admit the price was agreed upon, but refused to sell because I couldn't leave my sick mother. Zero empathy, zero customer service.

The salesperson was both knowledgeable and friendly.
The salesperson was both knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to go over the vehicle even before I made the purchase. After the purchase he again went all the functions of the vehicle, helped hook up my phone to the blue tooth and was very patient.
