Worked with Kirk on the purchase of my Jag F-type R, and he was upfront and very helpful, and responsive prior to the sale, and I am confident will be now that I have purchased the vehicle. I gave 4 stars overall, but to be clear Kirk was 5 stars. Where things fall shirt is, they gave me an out the door prices, I sent back, adjust sales price, trade allowance and please adjust the ridiculous $950 document fee ( seriously ), with that said where I wanted my payment, and if they could reach that, I'd come in that day --- Which they did. So why only 4 stars and not 5 ? Because, No adjustment to price of car, no additional trade value, and still paid the xxxx high document fee... They got me to my price point, with a better interest rate. Yes that is great, and appreciated - but what is not appreciated is, that wasn't the 1st offering. I should have been provided the best rate, the 1st time. I want a dealer who is working with me, not the banks. For that, 4 stars not 5.

Our experience at Country Chevrolet was seamless. Our salesman, Kirk is one of a kind. He was an excellent communicator, went above and beyond to help with our requests and was never once pushy. Highly, highly recommend country Chevrolet and especially Kirk!

Absolutely Outstanding Dealership to deal with. We were serious about buying a truck and had been to a few dealerships prior. None can compare to the outstanding and accommodating nature of Russ Brown! We are from Connecticut and have checked different dealerships from the northeast area to no avail. Driving to Virginia for an unrelated reason, we decided to explore other dealerships. We had stopped at a couple dealerships who wanted to push trucks that were not what we were looking for. I gave a simple list of three must haves. We were driving through Warrenton, and would be there in less than 45 minutes. I got on the mobile chat and asked if they had any low mileage used trucks 2500. Russ responded immediately that they did. We drove in looked at a couple and found immediately one that fit the three top requirements and even better than we hoped for. He showed us one that was not even on the lot that just came in on trade and it was perfect. We needed a little time to think and asked if there was a good place to eat and what hotel Russ could recommend. He did which is going out and beyond. After we got back to Connecticut and comparing more trucks we called Russ back and told him to write up the sale. Luke worked up the numbers and in less than one week we made another trip down to pick up the truck. We are thoroughly happy with our experience with Country Chevrolet and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. It's worth the trip!
