Salesman and GM lied to obtain a sale.
Bought new car this week. 2022. Just before test drive I mentioned a spare tire and sales person said it came with a spare. Pick up car and it has one of those hook up to lighter pumps. I ask and he says he will check into it. He said service was closed because it was late. He assured me he would call me today Dec. 24 to update me. Since I was told it came with a spare i expect one (I understand this will mean a donut) but a hook up air pump is not a spare. Salesman does not call me today. I don't enjoy being ghosted when I pay over 27k for a car. I know you are going to try and tell me that I have to spay for the spare kit. Well you are wrong, you said it came with it. Well guess what I'll be in Monday at noon after the holiday weekend when you are open again to return the car for a full refund including the 10k down. As far as I'm concerned legally this was fraudulent intent to induce. I am a client who just purchased my 4th car here. I have had them serviced there since 2000. Southern hospitality apparently doesn't include loyalty or recognize it. See you Monday Dec. 27 at noon. I spoke to you again on Aug. 31 of 2022 and you claimed you would order the tire and still no response. It is now Dec. 22 2022 almost 1 year later and no response. I am coming in for my oil change at 8am Friday Dec. 23 and I expect to meet with the General Manager to discuss this fraud case prior to my discussion next Tuesday with the BBB to discuss the fraud concerns committed by Kia Lynnhaven staff. (Unfortunately some of the below may not have been there then but I have been bounced around so much I don't know who I'm dealing with anymore and the actions of one speak to the culture of the Company. Joe Miller, General Manager Michail Wallace, Sales Manager Dan Grinnell, Commercial- Fleet Manager Wesley Jackson, F&I Director Summer Sherman, F&I Manager Shepard Bethea, F&I Manager Tina Robert's, Service and Parts Director Tammy Mispaugh, Service Manager RT Ives, Service Advisor Wes Kavula, Service Advisor Tracy Barcus, Service Advisor Bryan Hunt, Parts Manager Craig Robinson, Southern Collision Center Director. I'll be in at 8am Friday Dec. 23 for oil change and inspection. Which I now bet you find an issue with the car after this. Happy Holidays.

Distasteful experience
Buyers be ware. This is a dishonest dealership. Brought my own finance to pay in full and was hit with many undisclosed fees. In addition; they tried to forcefully sell me a service that I didn't want and there justification was that "it was a corporate thing and not them". At finalization, found out that it was not true and that these were optional items. Here were it gets worst, they then wanted me to FALSIFY documents, which I refused and they rejected my purchase and allowed me to walk away even after I had already paid them in full. To the military members of this community, make sure you take all your documents to legal before you signor make any purchases from this dealership.
