The service was great but it oil change was way over priced and when you have to pay $12 for shop fees that is xxxxxxxx

Reynolds has the most efficient, well run, clockwork like service I have ever experienced. They send reminders of appointments, very efficient check in, great service, clean waiting areas, and request feedback on the service they provide and ask if there were things they could improve on.
