I wanted to take a moment to thank Ms. Janet Pineman for her time and professionalism during the purchase process. On the day of the sale, I felt genuinely valued… everyone was attentive, respectful, and made me feel like a priority. That level of service was truly appreciated. However, I want to share some honest feedback regarding the vehicle pickup on 04 October 2025 (2 days later), at approximately 1030hrs. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the same level of care and attention I received during the sale. When I arrived, the vehicle was not on the showroom floor as previously stated, and the detailing was surprisingly subpar. It was disappointing to see the condition of the vehicle, especially after being told it had been cleaned and prepared. Additionally, I felt somewhat overlooked upon arrival. There was a noticeable delay, and it seemed as though no one was expecting me. One of the managers did come out briefly to offer assistance with setup, but the interaction felt more like a formality than genuine support. Not wanting to be a burden, I simply said I’d figure things out on my own. The contrast between the purchase experience and the pickup was stark. While I understand I’m no one important, the shift in energy from being treated like a priority to feeling like an afterthought was disheartening. That said, I still appreciated Ms. Janet Pineman's efforts during the sale, as I believe in giving fair and respectful feedback. That’s the reason I gave 4 stars. The purchase experience itself was solid... when you're in the process of buying, you’ll be treated with respect and professionalism. Just a word of advice, if possible, take possession of the vehicle the same day. That way, you hold on to that “valued customer” feeling, which unfortunately appears to fade if you return later for pickup.
