No issues during the process. Everything went very smoothly. Eddie, the salesman and Anthony, the back office personnel were both very helpful and communicative.

Took my vehicle in for routine maintenance, an oil change as apart of their priorities for life. Received my vehicle after the appointment with a messed up front end and flat tire. Went back and forth with their service department for over 2 weeks, their managers were extremely rude and would never call you back when they stated they would call you back. Left a total of 10 voicemails on several different managers phones and still did not get the sense of urgency or any sort of quality customer service from them. Took the issue all the way up to the General manager of the store and he was extremely rude and acted like he didn’t care to spend another minute of his day listening to my issue. Was on his cell phone half of the conversation, and didn’t care to hear what I had to say. Like I was beneath him and my problem was meaningless to him, cut me off several times while speaking. Shady business, do not ever purchase a vehicle from them and if you have a vehicle from them, do NOT take your vehicle there for maintenance, because they will mess your vehicle up and con you into stealing your money. I am going to tell every single person I know about the wrong they did to me and tell everyone to never buy from this shady establishment.

Chris Griffin made a normally painless process very easy and straightforward. I appreciate his honesty and dedication to helping us get the car we needed for our growing family in such a short time in this environment. I told him my concerns on pricing and when our third child was due and he literally made everything work to get us into our first Chevy. Would recommend him to others and would buy from and with him in the future.
