Worst Repair Experience Ever
I dropped my car off on Saturday at 10am and had self-diagnosed the issue: brakes and rotors. By 2pm, I had not heard back and my calls went unanswered. So, I drove back to the dealership, only to be told they hadn't had a chance to look at the car yet. Will you call me back before the end of the day to let me know what the issue is? Yes, sure, they said. And no phone call. Closed at 4pm. Sunday closed all day. On Monday, I called them from 8am to 2pm, without ANY answer or callback. I had to drive to the dealership a SECOND time by 3pm on Monday--at which point I am told, Oh, we tried to call you but couldnt reach you. Oh, okay. So, now the car won't be ready until Tuesday. I ask the lady, will you call me Tuesday to let me know when the car is ready? Sure, she says, and I gave her THREE different numbers to get a hold of me and she said she would call all three. Tuesday rolls around, and I end up calling the dealership a DOZEN times and no answer, no call backs, even after voicemails and emails! I take the Uber over on Tuesday afternoon and am told they fixed the brakes, 700 bucks please. No apologies, no explanations for why they never called me back or returned my dozen phone calls. And to top it all off, it took them 25 minutes to LOCATE my effin car! Couldn't find it in the lot! I had to find it for them! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WILL NEVER USE THESE CLOWNS AGAIN.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service representative never called to tell me the vehicle was done; I had to call the dealership twice.
